I'm an overweight lady in her mid sixties who hasn't exercised for decades. I did a 2 week trial at Form Haus in December and absolutely loved it. I now go 3 or 4 times per week and I love it! There is no judgement to make you feel insecure and it has the friendliest atmosphere.

Where are you starting from?
No need to answer this one. The class is the same either way.
Pick a reason and where you're starting from, and your first class appears here.
The questions people actually ask
Will I be the only one who is new?
Not at all. Our Beginner classes are made for people new to the reformer. With only eight in the room, your instructor will show you the equipment and talk you through each movement.
What do I wear?
Anything comfortable you can move in.
Do I need grip socks?
Yes, on the reformer. No pair? You can pick some up at the studio.
How early should I arrive?
Around 10 minutes before your first class, so we can get you settled. Come earlier for a coffee, or stay for one afterwards.
What if I cannot keep up?
There's no pressure to keep up. Go at your own pace, take a break when you need one, and your instructor will offer options throughout.
Where do I park?
Use one of Tring's public car parks, or park around Tring Park. Please avoid Albert Street itself and the residential spaces nearby, out of respect for our neighbours.

I joined Form Haus in September and from my very first class I was made to feel welcome. I was able to try all of the reformer classes using the fabulous introductory offer and I was very impressed with the calibre of instructors and the diverse classes available for all abilities.
