As co-owner of Form Haus, Ed set out to create a community-focused studio similar to the one he built in Amersham, a space where people feel supported, motivated, and able to become the best version of themselves. With a background in strength and conditioning, his approach is straightforward and purposeful, shaping a studio built on quality movement, real results and placing our members at the centre of everything

Charlotte’s calm, considered presence sets the tone for Form Haus. As the founder, she has shaped the studio around her passion for living well, creating an environment that feels intentional, balanced, and distinctly Form Haus. Her approach to wellness is simple: it’s not about perfection, but about feeling grounded, connected, and supported in your everyday life.
