1. Membership & Bookings

All sessions must be booked in advance. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless legally required.

2. Payments

Payments must be made in advance. Failed or late payments may result in suspension of access.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

A £10 no-show fee applies to Reformer Pilates classes only. Late cancellations may also incur charges.

4. Health & Safety

Clients must ensure they are medically fit to participate. Inform instructors of injuries or conditions prior to class.

5. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour.

6. Liability

FormHaus is not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where caused by negligence or required by law.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
