What Counts as a No-Show

A no-show occurs when a client is booked into a class but does not attend and has not cancelled in advance.
We know life happens, but no-shows prevent others from enjoying available spaces.

• Single Class Pass or Pack Users: The session will be deducted from your balance.

• Unlimited Members: A no-show fee may apply, and repeat no-shows can lead to temporary suspension of online booking access.

Why This Matters

We keep our classes small and personal to ensure everyone receives the best experience.
When a space is reserved and not used, another client misses out on the opportunity to join.
Our policy helps maintain fairness, accessibility, and respect across our community.

How to Avoid No-Show Fees

• If you can’t attend, please cancel your booking at least 12 hours before class through the app or email us.

• If an emergency occurs, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll always do our best to help.
